HOUSE OF 87 is devoted to delivering your item in a timely manner with high-quality packing. Except on Sundays and public holidays, we ship every day of the week.

  • For orders within India, we use NATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE and on rare occasions, registered courier services.
  • HOUSE OF 87 is a make-to-order company with the goal of reducing waste. This means that orders are only processed after they have been verified online.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 20-25 business days* for international purchases and within 15 business days for domestic purchases.
  • After the orders are placed, we will send you an email of confirmation.
  • Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • The prices mentioned on the website do not include shipping charges(domestic or international).
  • The shipping charges are calculated at the billing stage and will be included in the final invoice charged from the client.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Duties and taxes are not included in overseas orders and are in addition to any shipping and handling expenses paid at checkout.
  • Most countries levy tariffs on imported goods at the port of entry, and the amount varies depending on the destination country and the products imported.
  • After receiving an invoice from the shipping agent, you must pay the appropriate customs and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed at our Delhi, India warehouse/workshop. Orders will be delivered to the address specified during the checkout process.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and dispatched can be monitored on the shipping agency's website using the consignment/tracking number. We will provide you your tracking number as well as information on the shipping agency once your product has been sent.

AVAILABILITY ISSUES DURING DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package before returning it to us. Please include a complete and accurate shipping address, as well as a phone number. This will allow us to deliver your order more quickly.

  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
  • Altered products as per the specifications / measurements provided by you
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion
  • Products which were identified / marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
